We sell made-to-order physical ornaments. Many are personalized with details you provide. All items are produced on demand and shipped from the United States.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Personalization

Personalized ornaments are produced exactly as entered at checkout. Please review spelling, dates, and options carefully — personalized items cannot be changed once production begins and are not returnable except when damaged or defective.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the product pages and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

Returns & refunds
