Every MeasureMason ornament is made to order and shipped from the United States with tracking. This policy explains how orders are produced, packaged, and delivered.
Where we ship from
Our ornaments are crafted on demand by trusted print-and-engrave partners located in the United States. Producing and dispatching from US facilities keeps delivery fast for US customers and reliable worldwide.
Processing & production time
Because each ornament is made to order — and many are personalized — please allow 3–6 business days for production before your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: typically 7–12 business days total (production + transit).
- International: typically 10–20 business days total after production.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.
Fragile-safe packaging
Ornaments are delicate keepsakes, so every order ships in protective, cushioned packaging. Ceramic and glass pieces receive extra padding to arrive safely. If anything arrives damaged, we will make it right — see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Shipping rates
- United States: $4.99 for the first item, +$2.99 each additional item.
- Rest of world: $9.99 for the first item, +$6.99 each additional item.
- Free shipping on all orders over $100.
