Are your ornaments made to order?

Yes. Every ornament is crafted on demand by our US partners after you order — many are personalized with your name, date, or message.

Can I personalize my ornament?

Most of our ornaments can be personalized. Where personalization is offered, enter your details in the fields on the product page before adding to cart. Please double-check spelling and dates — items are made exactly as entered.

How long does it take to arrive?

Allow 3–6 business days for production, then shipping from the US. Total delivery is typically 7–12 business days in the US and 10–20 business days internationally. See our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship from?

Our ornaments are made and shipped by partners in the United States, with tracking provided on every order.

What does shipping cost?

US: $4.99 first item, $2.99 each additional. International: $9.99 first item, $6.99 each additional. Free shipping on orders over $100.

Will my ornament arrive safely?

Yes — every order ships in protective, cushioned packaging, and ceramic and glass pieces get extra padding. If anything arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
